Folding screen phones have not yet become a mainstream phone form factor, but several folding screen phones released in 2019 have reaped high praise. Among them, the Samsung Galaxy Fold and Huawei Mate X have already been listed and are hard to find. The Motorola Razr, another folding screen phone released last year, has also recently confirmed its release information. At the recent CES 2020 (Consumer Electronics Show), Liu Jun, executive vice president of Lenovo Group and president of China, revealed in an interview with media, including Sina Technology, that the folding screen phone Moto Razr will be released at the end of the second quarter of this year in the Chinese market.

This Motorola Razr has previously been released overseas, the biggest difference between this phone and other folding screen phones is that it uses a vertical folding scheme, unfolds to a 6.2-inch OLED panel, retains bangs on the front, and has a similar design at the bottom as a traditional flip phone.
The phone is said to be powered by a Snapdragon 710 processor, offers 6GB of RAM along with 128GB of onboard storage, comes with a dual front-facing 16+5MP camera, and has a built-in 2,510mAh capacity battery with 15W charging support. According to Liu Jun, the national version may support 5G networks, and the lifespan of the folding screen will be greatly improved.
Compared to the horizontal folding screen phone that becomes a tablet when unfolded, this flip-like design of the Motorola Razr seems to be more in line with people's requirements for a folding phone, and Samsung's new generation of folding screen Galaxy Fold2 also adopts such a scheme. The Motorola Razr is reportedly priced at $1,499 in the United States, which translates to about 10,410 yuan. Its price is bound to be more than 10,000 yuan if its China version is upgraded. What do you think of this folding screen phone?
