"Cheap Mate 30? Honor V30 5G starts from $3,780!

Honor has announced two new V30 models in Beijing, the Honor 30 and Honor V30 Pro, which are equipped with the Kirin 990 processor and a triple-master lens, with overall specifications just a little bit worse than the HUAWEI Mate 30. The V30 has arrived in Hong Kong recently, with the first batch of 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM for $3,780 and 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM for $4,080.

Honor adopts a 6.7-inch open hole screen with a screen-to-body ratio of 91.6% and a quad-curved 3D glass body design, while the back of the device has been changed to a non-slip AG sandblasted process, which is effective in preventing fingerprints from being left on the back of the device. As for the color scheme, it will be available in four colors: Sea Star Blue, Aurora Orange, Starry Night and Icelandic Mirage. As for specifications, the Honor V30 is equipped with a 5G-enabled Kirin 990 processor and a 4200mAh battery (with 40W fast charging support).

Honor V30 is equipped with three lenses, namely 40MP IMX600 main lens + 20MP wide-angle lens + 8MP telephoto lens, and supports 3x optical zoom as well as 30x digital zoom.Honor V30 series will be equipped with 32MP IMX600 and 8MP ultra wide-angle selfie lens, and support AI portrait segmentation and background defocusing features, etc.
