Next week's Google launch event leaked all over again, with Pixel phones and laptops still the main focus

Google's fall launch has been delayed one at a time over the past few years, with the earliest release coming during our Fourth of July, last year it was delayed to October 10th, and this year it has been pushed back a few days to October 15th.
However, despite the delay, the Internet has been full of exposure, basically leaking Google's confirmed and possible new releases.
Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL have no more secrets

The highlight of this year's "Made by Google" is still the phones, namely the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL. Compared to last year's Pixel 3 XL, which leaked like crazy on the Internet before its release, this year's Pixel 4 is not much better, and basically has been fully exposed, and even Google itself had to come out and officially leak the new features of the product.
This year's new Pixel 4 lineup continues to come in two sizes, one large and one small, with the highlight of the screen being the 90Hz refresh rate technology that's so popular nowadays. There are three confirmed colorways, black, white and orange, but the official leaked images show all of them with a black center frame, which has been met with poor reviews on the internet.

The Pixel's proud camera is also finally no longer a single shooter, with the main camera still being 12 megapixels, and unsurprisingly it's still Sony's IMX363 sensor, which is obviously still being squeezed into place. But this time around, both Pixels have added a 16-megapixel telephoto secondary camera.

In terms of photography features, it was officially leaked that the Pixel 4 has a 20x zoom. From the sample photos released two days ago, the Pixel 4 series also added an Astrophotography mode, capable of capturing the starry sky (Nubia, USA?), as well as a "Sports Mode" that can better capture sports scenes, and an improved Portrait Mode and Night Vision Mode. The Pixel 4 series also adds an Astronomy mode, which can capture the starry sky (Nubia USA?), as well as a Sports Mode, which is better at capturing sports scenes, and an improved Portrait Mode and Night Vision Mode.

Another focus of Google regarding the Pixel could be the Soli radar sensing technology integrated on the 'forehead'. This technology allows you to wave your hands to perform spatial operations on the device, such as switching songs, scrolling web pages, and so on. None of the leaked Pixel videos so far have shown this feature, so there could be some surprises in store.
But the gesture feature has appeared on Samsung and LG's phones in the past few years, but it hasn't made much of a splash, and the Pixel 4's Soli radar doesn't feel too optimistic about what kind of chemistry it can produce.
Also the Pixel 4 was previously leaked to be testing 5G networks, and according to a report from the Nikkei Shimbun, Google has already begun trial production of a 5G Pixel phone, but it's unlikely that it will be available at this launch. The Nikkei Shimbun says the 5G version will likely be updated next spring.

In terms of configuration, the Pixel 4 has a 5.7-inch FHD+ resolution 90Hz screen, while the Pixel 4 XL has a 6.3-inch QHD+ 90Hz, a Snapdragon 855 processor and a Pixel Neural Core chip, 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of storage. The smaller Pixel has a built-in 2800mAh battery, while the larger Pixel 4 XL has a 3700mAh battery and is unlocked by face recognition.
Faster Google Assistant
At this year's Google I/O Google had demoed the next generation of Google Assistant, with new features like switching between multiple tasks.
The new Google Assistant will be available on the Pixel 4 series, and Google says that the new generation of Google Assistant will run locally on the device and will be 10 times faster than before, thanks to a more advanced model that has been drastically reduced in size.

There have been a few leaks about the new Google Assistant's UI, as well as a couple of new videos about the Google Assistant on XDA's Youtube.
The laptop line's lone Pixelbook Go has a bright back design
The Pixelbook line replaced the Chromebook Pixel line in 2017, but since its release, Google hasn't had a good plan for the Pixel laptop line, and after announcing that the Pixel Slate won't have a successor out of the tablet market, it had to make people sweat for the laptop line as well.

According to a report by 9to5Google, Google will launch a laptop called Pixelbook Go at the event, which continues to be powered by ChromeOS.
This Pixelbook Go seems to have been leaked in its entirety in a report by 9to5google. Instead of carrying over the previous 2-in-1 design, the exterior features a traditional laptop closure scheme.

The leaked pink Pixelbook Go has a unique design with a matte A-side that looks somewhat similar to the Pixel 2, but feels smoother to the touch. The back, or D-side, is designed with a coral pink color scheme and a grooved texture that looks a bit like Ritz Big Wave potato chips.
Configuration wise the Pixelbook Go packs a 13.3-inch 16:9 touchscreen with 1080p or 4K resolution. The processor is available in Intel Core m3, i5 and i7 configurations, with 8GB or 16GB of RAM, 64GB/128GB/256GB of storage, with dual speakers and two USB-C ports and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

The Pixelbook Go's keyboard feels nice and somewhat similar to the first-generation Pixelbook, and there's a dedicated Google Assistant button in the lower left corner. The trackpad doesn't feel particularly impressive, but it's not terrible either, with adequate responsiveness and click feel.
The Pixelbook Go also supports the Titian C security chip found on the Pixel Slate, but it does away with fingerprint recognition and doesn't have a stylus.
Pixel Buds Finally Remove the Cord
Google released its own Bluetooth headphones, the Pixel Buds, at its fall 2017 launch event, and both the design features and the woven-texture charging case can be described as impressive. But now these Bluetooth headphones, which have a wired connection between the two ears, have been severely impacted by true wireless headphones.

There hasn't been much in the way of new leaks, but Hiroshi Lockheimer, the head of Android and Chrome, tweeted some new hints, and judging by the content it's likely that we'll see the new Pixel buds next week.

The new Pixel Buds will undoubtedly remove the cables and become truly wireless, with basic features like sweat-proofing for sports, touch buttons, a USB-C port, and Hiroshi Lockheimer mentioned an interesting feature where the new headphones automatically pause music playback when someone talks to you.
The Nest family also has two gadgets
According to the exposure, Google will bring two more Nest family products positioned in the smart home next week, namely Nest WiFi and Nest mini.

Image from: The Verge
Nest WiFi is very much like Amazon's Eero in that these sub-routes can boost signal quality and coverage when WiFi signal coverage is poor. These smaller Nest WiFi's will also be able to accept voice commands from Google Assistant to increase the voice assistant's coverage, and the Nest WiFi's will likely come in three colors.

The other is a successor to the Google Home mini, which Google may name the Nest mini, and in addition to improved sound quality, featuring a 3.5mm port, and a new color, it's also rumored to be able to sense people nearby and automatically adjust the volume to the right range.
From the point of view of these products that have been fully exposed, this year's Google hardware does not seem to have much to look forward to, especially this year's iPhone's shooting performance has made great progress, which makes the pressure on the iPhone to take pictures of several years of Google's pressure to multiply. The Pixelbook Go looks like a product to test the waters, and a few other gadgets don't seem to be able to make much of a splash. As for whether it can be "hardware or software", we'll see next week.
