The brand has confirmed that the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 870 and it will have up to 12GB of RAM (there will also be a cheaper version with less RAM).
Live images of the F4 have surfaced, showing that the rear camera will be upgraded to a 64MP primary sensor (up from 48MP on the K40S). The rest is expected to be the same, including a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, as well as 1,300nits peak brightness and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The battery will also keep its key specs, with 4,500mAh capacity and 67W fast charging (0-100% in 38 minutes).
Poco X4 GTAlso based on Redmi, the Redmi Note 11T Pro. this means a new chipset, Dimensity 8100 and a fast 6.6-inch 144Hz LCD for rendering graphics. This will be powered by a slightly larger 5,080mAh battery (still with 67W fast charging). The camera will be essentially the same.
Both phones will ship with Android 12 with Poco UI. both will be dual-SIM devices with 5G connectivity (no microSD slot).
Both devices are expected to cost no more than 400-430€. How do they compare to the models of the same series already on the market?The Poco F4 GT is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, has 120W charging and some other upgrades (e.g., 10 bit), and costs 550 euros.
The Poco X4 Pro is completely different from the X4 GT. The phone priced at 270 euros comes with a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED (similar to the F4), a less powerful Snapdragon 695 chipset, but a 108 megapixel main camera.
