On the afternoon of March 10, Xiaomi officially unveiled its new Xiaomi 10 S, the first new model with Snapdragon 870 and an upgrade to the Xiaomi 10.
Priced at 3,299 yuan for the Xiaomi 10 S 8+128 GB version, 3,499 yuan for the 8+256 GB version, and 3,799 yuan for the 12+256 GB version, the pre-order pre-sale price is 3,799 yuan for pre-orders this afternoon, and from March 12 onwards, all-channel purchases will be given a free vertical, air-cooled cordless machine charger worth 199 yuan.
Compared to the Xiaomi 10, the model has three major upgrades, one of which is the shape, which continues the camera layout of the Xiaomi 10 Supreme Commemorative Edition, which is officially called the "small to classic design", comes in black and blue colors, and weighs 208 grams.
For the display, the Xiaomi Mi 10 S features a 6.67-inch AMOLED dual-curved screen with a resolution of 2340×1080, support for a refresh rate of 90 Hz, a touch sampling rate of 180 Hz, and a 2.0 Primary color screen with a color quasi-Delta E ≈ 0.41.
At the heart of the new device is a Snapdragon 870 processor that tops out at 3.2 GHz, offers LPDDR5 RAM + UFS3.0 flash storage, and a 4,780 mAh battery.
In addition, this machine adopts the ancestral triple fast charging technology, supporting 33 W wired + 30 W wireless + 10 W wireless reverse charging.
One of the main highlights of the machine is the sound quality, featuring symmetrically distributed dual 1216 linear speakers with 7 magnetic cell phone sound generating units with an industry-high 0.7 mm amplitude, tuned by Harman Kaden.
