Word to PPT
The first step is to click [File] - [Options] - [Quick Access Toolbar] - [Commands not in the Ribbon] - [Microsoft PowerPoint];

There are more options, just pull about 1/4 of the way up the slider to find it, don't over pull it like I did ...... Just find it selected and confirm to add the feature.

The [Microsoft PowerPoint] function will appear in the upper left corner at this time.
Step 2, click [Outline] under the top [View] tab, and adjust the outline layout according to your preference.
Step 3, adjust to satisfaction, click the newly added [Microsoft PowerPoint] button, you can immediately convert Word to PPT it.

PPT to Word

Found the command in one go this time, about 4/5 of the way up the slide bar. It still appears at the top of the top left corner when it's added, and the button looks like this -

Click after typesetting to convert to Word in one click!
There is a lazy way, you can save the PPT first as a PDF format, and then open the PDF with Word, is also possible.

Word to Excel
Actually the quickest way is to copy and paste ......
Excel to Word/PPT
This shortcut method is still copy and paste ...... However, is not a simple copy and paste, is after you modify the Excel can be synchronized in real time to Word and PPT.

In the paste when you want to select the paste option in the [retain the link with the source format], so that even if you make changes in Excel, you do not have to go back to Word or PPT inside the modification.
