New Redmi phone announced: the Redmi K30 5G Extreme Edition debuts the Snapdragon 768G chip!

At 2pm today, Redmi united with Jingdong to launch the Redmi K30 5G Extreme Edition online, the world's first to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G processor.

Price.Currently the Redmi K30 5G Extreme Edition is only available in one variant, 6+128GB, priced at Rs. 1999.It is not ruled out that a new version will follow.

It has the same form factor as its sibling, the K30, i.e., a dual scooped 120Hz streaming screen on the front and a quad rear camera on the back, vertically aligned with a high-gloss circular ring.Available in four colorways: Deep Sea Shimmer, Purple Jade Mirage, Time Monologue, and Mint Ice Blue (new).

In terms of core configuration, the K30 5G Extreme Edition is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G chip that supports SA and NSA dual-mode 5G networking, while Sub-6GHz/mmWave, TDD/FDD, DSS (Dynamic Spectrum Sharing), and Carrier Aggregation are not absent.

The Snapdragon 768G is Qualcomm's latest 7-series 5G SoC, built on a 7nm EUV process, with an integrated dual-mode 5G solution, and officially claimed to have a 30% CPU boost and a 50% GPU boost compared to the 730G.

Elsewhere, the K30 5G is still powered by 64 million front and rear six cameras, and also features a 4500mAh battery + 30W fast flash charging, multi-functional NFC, and 5G dual-band GPS.
