The Snapdragon 875 is first revealed to be built on a 5nm process with a Kryo 685 CPU architecture and an Adreno 660 GPU!

According to the usual practice, Qualcomm will officially release the Snapdragon 875 mobile platform at the end of this year, becoming the leader in terms of performance in the Android field. For its specifications, the foreign media provided some references.

According to media reports, the Snapdragon 875 will be built on a 5 nm process, with Kryo 685 as the CPU architecture, Adreno 660 as the GPU, ISP upgraded to Spectra 580, 802.11 ax support, and 4-channel LPDDR5 memory.

In terms of baseband, the Snapdragon 875 will be paired with the Snapdragon X605 G baseband, which is Qualcomm's third-generation 5 G baseband chip and the world's first to support 5 G modems and RF systems, including millimeter wave and FDD and TDD frequencies below 6 GHz.

Additionally, the Snapdragon X60 has a more compact design compared to the new QTM535 millimeter-wave antenna module, which helps reduce the weight of flagship phones.

There's no clear word on whether the Snapdragon X60 will be external or integrated, but it's also rumored that the Snapdragon 875 will have an integrated X60 baseband, while the latter will be available in a separate package.
